We want to help you solve your connection problems as quickly as possible. Because of an abundance of email-- both valid email and annoying spam, it may take longer to get back to you than a few hours. Usually with one or two days we'll have a response.
To make the most of this time, please include as much information as possible in your support email.
For example:
What operating system is the host?
What operating system is the client?
What type of connection are you using? DSL, Modem, Cable modem, etc
When does the problem occur?
Can you duplicate the problem?
By providing accurate information, we'll be able to help you isolate the problem and hopefully come to a resolution.
